Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy (born on 17 October 1992) is an Indian actress. She has a prominent role as a character in Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam movies. She was awarded the National Film Award in Best Actress category for her role in the role of actress Savitri. The other awards she received comprise the three SIIMA Awards, a Filmfare Award South and three SIIMA Awards. Keerthy is the daughter of filmmaker G. Suresh Kumar and actor Menaka G. Suresh. Her initial career path was an actor for children. Then, following a course in Fashion Design, she re-entered acting. Her debut lead role came in 2013's Malayalam movie Geethaanjali. She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). Keerthy embarked on her first Malayalam projects and also started working in Tamil in parallel. The director is A. L. Vijay along and Vikram the director, that released Idhu Enna Maayam in 2015. The movie didn't do very well, but it did get released. In order to accommodate bigger projects because of her busy schedule, she had opted from a few films which she then began working on. This included Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye (a love story) as well as Deekay's Kavalaivendam. In the end, she was involved in two projects together with Sivakarthikeyan quickly, Rajini Murugan and Remo and also played the lead part for Prabhu Solomon's Thodari and Dhanush.Her Telugu debut was planned to be Ainaa Ishtam Nuvvu. The movie's release was postponed in 2015 and will now be after September 2020. It'll have a different title Janakitho Nauu. In the year 2016, Nenu Sailaja which starred Ram Pothineni, was her debut.
