Aubrey Peeples

Aubrey Peeples is an American actress and singer. She gained fame for playing Layla Grant on the television drama Nashville (2012), and Claudia Shepard (Sharknado 2013). Her role was as the main character Jerrica Jem benton in the 2015 movie Jem and the Holograms. Aubrey Peeples was raised in Lake Mary, Florida, by the mother and father Wendy along with her sister Ashley. The younger sister of her is Ally. Aubrey had a job with Orlando Repertory Theatre ten years throughout her childhood. She graduated from Lake Mary Preparatory School where she was the valedictory speaker for the class of 2012. Harvard University accepted her but agreed on entry twice in order to take on her role on Nashville. Peeples played in Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally (2011, Grey's Anatomy (2005) as in Grey's Anatomy (2005). In addition, she played a character in Necessary Rustness (1991). She appeared on the television films Ace Ventura Jr. Pet Detective (2009) and The Good Mother. The actress was cast in an important recurring role on the sequel season of the drama series Nashville in which she played Layla Grant. In 2019, Peeples spoke about her bipolar disorder during an interview with NKD Magazine. Indiewire has named Peeples to be one of the most talented actors of the year under twenty-one in September 2014.
