Jill AND Mary

Jillian Noel Shennessy, born 25th November, 1968 in Canada, is a Canadian performer and actress that was honored for her outstanding contributions to American television. Her fame is due to her outstanding performances on the American television show Law & Order where she impressed viewers for three seasons as the prosecutor Claire Kincaid and Crossing Jordan as the main character Jordan Cavanaugh for six seasons. Hennessy showcased her talents in films that were independent, including Chutney Popcorn or The Acting Class. Hennessy started her acting career with her sister, in 1988. They played the twins of callgirls on Dead Ringers. She spent a short time on Broadway performing Buddy The Buddy Holly Story. The Buddy Holly Story, after which she moved into the world of science fiction in 1993 in the role of the character Dr. Marie Lazarus. The following year, she became an assistant district attorney Claire Kincaid in the hit NBC Crime Drama Law & Order. This character captivated viewers for three seasons, until she left it in 1996. Mary Louise Parker.......................Mary-Louise Parker (born August 2 1964, height 5' 7 1/2" (1,71 m)) is an American actress best known for her current lead role on Showtime's television series Weeds portraying Nancy Botwin for which she has received several nominations and the Golden Globe Award for Best Actress in 2006. Parker is famous for her role in films or series, as well as TV shows including RED Fried Green Tomatoes Boys by the Side and the West Wing Angels of America. Parker was honored with an award for her performance in the series a Golden Globe Award for Best Actress and An Emmy Award. Parker was also awarded the Tony Award for Best Actress 2001 in Broadway's play Proof.
